such a nice date. don't wanna waste it. so, I came up here to post.
haha..

anyway, we went for..... running this morning.
the whole class.
almost.
for 2 rounds. 400x2

that was tough.
for some of us.
with poor stamina of course.

after the running, throwing the lead ball was next.
then it was far jump and high jump.
there's throwing 标枪 and 铁饼 in between.

..........　I played none. lol..

after those 2 periods,
some were soaked from head to toe.
they looked as if just came out from shower!
changing back to school uniform,
it was hot.
sticky and hot.
despite the fan's volume turned to the fullest.
